  • Do you customize/ personalize?


Currently we don’t customize single pieces, however bulk customizations and personalization are possible.


  • Can I gift wrap my product?


Yes! You can add our beautiful bag and ribbon at an additional cost of INR 30/-


  • Can I add a note to my order?


Yes! You can write up to 200 words and the note is free of cost.


Do you write a note inside the greeting cards (link to product page) if we send it directly to our loved ones?


Yes! We can write up to 5-6 lines if you prepay for your card. All notes are handwritten by our team.






  • How do I pay for my order?


You can pay for your order using credit and debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Rupay). you can also use Net Banking or Paytm Wallet. We also provide Cash-On-Delivery payment option on selected pin-codes within India.


  • What should I do if my payment doesn't get through or fails?


In the event that money is deducted from your account and the order hasn’t gone through, you’ll get a refund in 5-7 working days.   • Where all do you ship?


We currently deliver all over India. 


  • When will you ship my order?


We normally ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Final delivery time will vary based on location.


  • By when will I receive the ordered products?


We normally process all orders with 24 hours and ship them through trusted and reputable courier companies. We try to deliver the products to you within 3-4 working days in major cities. In other parts, it usually takes 5 to 6 working days.

However, the duration of the delivery can take 8-10 working days depending on your delivery location. Fangled is not responsible for service transit time. Delivery time to the end user is subject to factors beyond our control ("Force Majeure Event") including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters.


  • Do you have one-day delivery option?


We currently have a one-day delivery option in Delhi on prepaid shipping. The cost of one day delivery in INR 200/- for orders placed before 4pm.








  • How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?
